Trunk or Treat!

We went to our church's Trunk-or-Treat today! It was so much fun! I ate LOTS and LOTS of candy! I was bouncing off the walls tonight from my sugar high. It was great.

My absolute favorite show is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so, naturally, I just had to be Minnie Mouse for Halloween this year.

Here I am getting candy. At first, I wasn't sure what to do. I was really shy and didn't want to take any candy. I got the hang of it quickly and started going up to cars all by myself to get candy.

I loved all the candy but the best part of the day was....pony rides!!!! Have I ever told you how much I love horses? I am obsessed with horses and wish I could ride them every day. A phrase I say at least three times a day is "My ride horsies."

Here I am waiting in line for the pony rides. I kept jumping up and down, waving, and screaming "Hi horsies, hi horsies!" The other kids weren't quite as excited as me. That ol' dragon next to me surely wasn't.

I did not want my Daddy to help me ride. If I felt his hand on my back or on the saddle, I yelled, "No Daddy, my do it." (My Daddy was supposed to dress Western for the event. Nice try Daddy.)

I love riding toy ponies too. I don't discriminate. Here I am in front of the "trunk" that Mommy and Daddy's Sunday School class sponsored. I capped off the evening playing football with my friend Carter. I was out-of-control-hyper by this point, screaming at Carter over and over again: "One, two, thwee, THROW IT!" Carter's mommy says he is used to bossy girls. We had so much fun. I can't wait until Halloween.
